At Ozone Coffee UK, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for our equipment and non-perishable goods within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and not a perishable item like roasted coffee beans, which are exempt from returns unless faulty.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer experience team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and include your original packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package via a tracked service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
