How long does shipping take within the UK?

Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are usually processed the same day.

Can I get my coffee beans ground for a specific brew method?

Yes, we offer various grind settings including Espresso, Filter, and Cafetiere. Simply select your preferred grind on the product page before adding it to your cart.

Do you offer a coffee subscription service?

We do. You can choose your favorite roast and frequency, and you will save 15% on every recurring order. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time.

Is your coffee ethically sourced?

Sustainability is at our core. We work directly with farmers to ensure fair pay and environmentally conscious growing practices across our entire supply chain.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or equipment, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dry place inside an airtight container. Avoid the fridge or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile.
